Installed at a prominent institution in Boston’s Financial District, this towering 25’ decorative screen was created as a unique solution to both balcony railings and branding.
Salmon Studios created a specific workflow for this one-of-a-kind project:
specifying a custom shaped extrusion from the largest US supplier of aluminum
retrofitting a clear span 2,000sf work area in an adjacent studio for assembly
implementing a tracking system for all shop drawings and pieces during process
communication and delivery of specific pieces for installation in sequence
design of a proprietary finish for all bronze components throughout the project
